We utilise the strong points of the organisation so that we together could achieve the desired outcomes. By means of applying various instruments, Development Zone helps you to evaluate the training needs of the people in the organisation.

The concept of our training program content is derived from the blend of process-oriented managerial, language techniques and role-oriented behaviours. The training objectives are achieved through experiential learning. The participants take part in different interactive and fun activities.

For each training module our trainer(s) have two types of objectives: to train/coach each of the participants andto develop the group’s cohesion and its communication with its environment.
